CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE

WE OFFER ORDER CANCELLATION WITH REFUND & EXCHANGE!
  • The order can be cancelled within 48 hours of the order -  simply send us email on info@fabricbeds.co.uk and we will cancel your order and refund you the full payment.  Any cancellation request after 48 hours will incur a £120 cancellation fee.
  • If there is any issue with the product, we will exchange the product without any charges, or collect the product and will refund the full payment, whichever option you prefer.
  • If there is no fault with a product but you still want to exchange due to size and/or colour, there will be a 40% charge of the product value.
